Terms and
Conditions
The ground rules for exploring our work, sharing your story and starting a commission.

About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the Flywheel Kraftz website, its artwork builder and enquiry forms. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and respect the rights of others. The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
Artworks and commissions
The website presents mechanical art, personal commissions and corporate projects. Some images are illustrative concepts or digital previews; they are not a guarantee of a finished artwork’s appearance. Availability, materials, scope and final specifications must be confirmed with the studio.
Sending an enquiry or preparing a draft does not place an order or reserve a piece. Any commission requires a separate agreement covering the approved design, price, payment arrangements, delivery and any cancellation or refund terms before work starts.
Build Your Own and payment
The current builder is a demonstration. Its artwork previews, QR code and payment confirmation are simulated; they do not charge money, verify a real payment or create a fulfilled order. Do not make a transfer using the demonstration QR code.
You must check the Terms and Conditions acceptance box before proceeding to the payment step. Acceptance does not turn a demonstration into a purchase. Real payment, shipping and refund arrangements must be confirmed separately with the studio.
Your photographs, parts and text
Only provide images, text and other material that you own or have permission to use. Obtain permission from identifiable people where needed. Do not submit unlawful, abusive, misleading or infringing content, or share sensitive information that is not needed for your enquiry.
You retain your rights in material you supply. Supplying material for an enquiry allows it to be reviewed for that enquiry; any additional use, including publicity, should be agreed separately. Arrangements for sending physical parts and their return must also be agreed with the studio.
Website content and third-party rights
Artwork, branding, photographs, text and other website content may be protected by copyright or other rights. Viewing the site does not grant a right to reproduce, sell or redistribute its content. Any licence or transfer of artwork rights must be agreed separately.
Open-source software and fonts remain subject to their respective licences. Third-party notices are available through the link below. Ownership of a physical artwork does not automatically transfer copyright.
Availability and external services
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but previews may differ from physical pieces and access may be interrupted. External links and services have their own terms and privacy practices. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Questions and updates
For questions about these terms or a proposed commission, use We are listening, Let's talk, Contact Us and state your question in the message. These terms may be updated as the service changes. A separate written commission agreement governs the specific arrangements agreed for that project.
