Policy

What you share with the studio, how it is used and where it stays.

Updated 25 October 2026

Draft for review. These documents describe the current website; business-specific policies and legal review are still pending.

Information you provide

Enquiry forms collect the details shown on the form, such as your name, email, phone number, selected interests, message and project information. General enquiries require both email and phone. When independent email sending is configured, enquiry dialogs forward these details to the studio inbox without saving new submissions in Lovable Cloud or website JSON files. If sending is unavailable, the form reports that the enquiry was not sent.

The artwork builder collects a photo, personalization choices, selected products and delivery details. At present, these remain in the active browser session rather than being submitted as a completed order. Leaving or reloading the page can clear that session.

Photos and local drafts

The current builder reads selected photos in your browser for previews; its photo-selection flow does not upload them to a studio photo receiver. Made Personal and Corporate & Trade can save enquiry drafts locally on your device. Saving a draft is not the same as sending it to the studio.

Do not include sensitive personal information in photographs or messages unless it is necessary. Only share material you have permission to provide.

How information is used

Submitted enquiry details are used to understand your request, communicate with you and assess a proposed artwork or commission. Browser-local builder details are used to display your design and demonstration order summary. The independent mail relay uses temporary hashed connection identifiers and attempt counts to limit repeated requests; these counters do not retain submission contents.

The current builder’s payment process is simulated. It does not collect card details or verify a real UPI transaction.

Services and technical information

Independent email sending uses the studio's configured SMTP provider and receiving mailbox. These services process and may retain enquiry emails under their own policies. The website loads Syne and Manrope through Google Fonts. Images and films may be delivered through hosted asset services until local media references are applied to the deployment. When your browser contacts these services, they may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details under their own privacy practices.

Hosting and security services may process technical logs to operate and protect the website. No dedicated advertising or analytics tracker has been identified in the website’s current code; this does not mean that hosting services collect no operational data. Data location and provider retention arrangements have not yet been confirmed.

Browser storage and session controls

The builder uses temporary browser memory for its current session. Downloaded enquiry drafts remain on your device until you remove them. The website’s optional unpaid-session control is currently disabled. If enabled, it uses a hashed IP-based identifier and session records to limit unpaid starts; that change should be reflected in this policy before activation.

Your browser may also cache website resources. Infrastructure services may use storage or cookies for their own operation; their complete behaviour is not established by the website code alone.

Retention, access and your requests

New enquiry emails remain in the studio's mailbox and may be retained by its email provider; a fixed deletion schedule has not yet been established. Earlier Cloud-stored enquiries are not automatically deleted by the change to email-only delivery. Failed sends are not saved for later delivery. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your enquiry information, or raise a privacy concern, through Start a Commission. Include only the details needed to identify your enquiry. Requests are subject to applicable law and any lawful record-keeping obligations.

Changes and contact

This policy describes the current website, including its demonstration builder. It should be reviewed when real payments, photo delivery, email notifications or other new services are introduced. For privacy questions, use the website’s Start a Commission form. A dedicated privacy contact address has not yet been supplied.
